Today's Topic: Clocks
This one is more understandable. We all need clocks, we don't question it, just embrace it. The human world runs on time. Everything is all about, "We have to get there on time", "We don't have enough time", or, "What time is it? I am so busy..." How many times do we say these each day? Time seems very important to us, it helps us measure each day, when we are supposed to be eating or sleeping, and it pretty much directs our life. How could something so small create such a big impact? I dunno, pens are pretty important because you can write with them, but you don't see people changing their life plans because of them. Take today to stop and think about how time has such a large impact on your life, perhaps a little too much?

Well time is the ultimate LIMITED RESOURCE. No matter what you do, it keeps ticking away. And we each have a limited supply. Just 24 hours of it each day, and a limited amount in our lifetime. I can always get more pens or bicycles, I won't ever run out of them. But I am running out of time. Maybe it's an age thing...
ReplyDeletebut we dont have to judge our life by that-we dont have to have 24 hours in a day, we just chose to make a day one full earth/sun rotation, it could be two, or half that. We dont have to sleep during the night and be awake at the daytime. This is just how we have evolved, but it could change.
